Shipping & Order Processing

We have partnered with USPS, UPS and DHL to deliver your favorite Charmed By Riss items to you reliably and efficiently. From CBR headquarters to your home, a happy customer every time is our number one priority.

 CUSTOM ITEMS require 7-15 business days to complete with communication, order approval and tracking information sent to the purchaser's email. We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. ***Please note that with customization your pieces are being designed by hand specially for you and could be delayed depending on the amount of orders ahead of yours and product availability. During a sale, it can take up to 4 weeks due to mass orders and restocking of supplies.  After order is placed, an approximate shipment date will be sent to the email address provided.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We generally ship orders within 24-72 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days but may take up to 7. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.  CHARMED BY RISS is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, UPS or DHL, CHARMED BY RISS is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur. 

We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume. Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing from CHARMED BY RISS, located in Dayton, Ohio, United States.

We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to CHARMED BY RISS.

Please be sure the address provided upon checkout is one that is able to accept packages and tax due notices if your country imposes customs tax. It generally takes 10-21 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves CBR headquarters. Please note that it may take longer than 10-21 business days depending on your customs agency. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.

CHARMED BY RISS has no control over shipment once a package departs the Jewelry Boutique. We are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
