Warranty Information

WARRANTY CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS:

  • Charmed By Riss uses quality products with only Grade AAA+ Gemstones & Precious Stones. While we do our best to ensure that your piece of jewelry (or any item purchased) is perfect, we know that on occasion there are imperfections or something might happen.
  • We offer a 30 day warranty on CUSTOM purchases, from the date of purchase and will take care of any damage to the material or craftsmanship of our work within reason. 
  • CUSTOM ITEMS are the items that are made specific for you and do not include PREMADE items
  • NO CREDIT, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON NON CUSTOM ITEMS!

Please note that there are a few exceptions to our 30 day warranty:

  • Replacement requests of lost beads or charms NOT at the fault of CBR will be assessed & invoiced
  • Normal wear and tear “damages” such as scratches, a bent charm, overly stretched string or broken chain NOT at the fault of CBR will be assessed & invoiced
  • Damage due to improper use or storage NOT at the fault of CBR will be assessed & invoiced
  • Any modification to your product done by another jeweler will void the 30 day warranty

Questions or Concerns??

  • A member of our team will assess and proceed with the appropriate steps regarding refund or exchange/repair costs.
  • If within the first 30 days the issue is due to NORMAL WEAR and not part of the exception above we will repair your piece free of charge. If it does not fall under the warranty we will provide you with an estimate for repairs.
