Answer: Wrap a string around the smallest part of your wrist and then measure it flat with a ruler. Add a half inch. See sizing chart here.

Answer: Handmade custom jewelry is jewelry that is designed and created by hand, often by individual artists or small businesses, and is tailored to the specific preferences of the customer. This can involve using unique materials, incorporating special symbols or engravings, or creating a piece that reflects the customer's personal style.
Question: Are handmade products allergy friendly?
Answer: Metals like nickel, cobalt, and lead can trigger allergic reactions. Handmade jewelry might include unique metals or stones not labelled for allergens. Even seemingly safe materials like wood or leather can be treated with chemicals containing allergens. Similar to cosmetics, handmade crafts may use common allergens in glues, paints, dyes, or fabrics. The charms we use ARE NOT real gold and silver and can tarnish over time with exposure to chemicals and moisture. Sometimes charms may tarnish more quickly due to an individual’s natural skin pH levels, which is beyond our control.
Answer:  For non-custom items, we typically process orders within 24-48 business hours and ship within 2-4 business days, though it can take up to 7 days in some cases. Custom orders require additional processing time (7-15 business days) to ensure your satisfaction. This includes communication, design approval, and sending tracking information. During peak times or sales, custom orders may experience slight delays due to increased volume and product availability.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount (except for incorrect or damaged items). Exchanges: If you received a damaged item or the wrong size, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
